• Phone and messaging: phone number, call and message content, call recordings or transcripts where applicable, time and duration of communication, and your consent or opt-out status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and access times, collected in server logs.
• Correspondence: information you send us by email, phone or SMS.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this Website.

3. How and why we use data

• to respond to your inquiries and provide our services;
• to schedule appointments and send service-related calls and text messages you asked for or agreed to;
• to operate, secure and improve the Website and our services;
• to keep records of consent and opt-outs and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Calls and text messages

Some calls are placed or handled with AI voice technology and may be recorded and transcribed; you are told at the start of a call that it is being recorded. We send calls and text messages only with a lawful basis, such as your request or your consent. No sharing for marketing. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share personal data only with providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to operate our services:

• telephony and messaging providers (for example JustCall) to place calls and deliver text messages;
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver contact form submissions to us by email;
• our hosting provider (Render) to serve the Website;
• Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used on the Website and receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and records of consent and opt-outs are kept as long as required to demonstrate compliance. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires longer retention.

Our Website and services are directed at businesses and not at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
